Please keep in mind that we are a small company- and as such, it may take longer for us to get back to you. That means that there are just a few of us here at Little Moonjumper and between us, we manufacture and personalize all blankets, process and ship all orders and manage all aspects of our business. Adding an Item To Your Shopping Bag:

1. To select an item, click the "add to bag" button and the blanket will be added to your shopping bag.2. If the blanket is to be personalized, please enter the name as it is to appear on blanket and the color choice, pink or blue. (9 character limit for stroller blankets and 11 characters for larger crib blankets - inclusive of spaces.  No numbers or punctuation please. PLEASE CHECK SPELLING.)3. If the blanket is to be monogrammed, please enter the monogram as it is to appear on the blanket and the color choice, pink or blue. (4 character limit.)4. Please make a choice for available options: wrapping, rush, and delivery method.5. If appropriate, please enter gift message in the "gift enclosure message"box.6. To ship to a different address than the billing address please check the "use separate
ship to address" box to enable the ship to segment on the checkout page.7. To continue shopping click on the "continue shopping" button.8. If you are finished shopping and wish to place your order, click on "checkout".* To add a second unit of the same item but with different options, click on Continue Shopping, add the item to the bag again, and specify the different options. To send items to multiple recipients, please make separate orders.

Removing an Item From Your Shopping Bag:

1. Select shopping bag from the menu bar.
2. Find the item you wish to delete.
3. Change quantity to zero and click "recalculate".
4. Proceed to checkout or continue shopping as desired.

Finalizing Your Order:

1.  Enter your complete billing address for the credit card you are using. All of these fields are required. We need this information to verify your credit card information and process your order. .

2. If you wish to ship your order to a different address (your office or a gift recipient) please enter that shipping address as well. Check the "use separate shipping address" box at the bottom of the order page and then complete all of the recipient's address information.

Order Confirmation:

1. If your order is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation page confirming the success of your order. Immediately following you will receive an email confirmation stating all the specifics of your order including your order number.

2. If you did not receive an email confirmation than your order did not process correctly. You may try again (unfortunately those cyber-gremlins can sneak up on the best of us..).If you are concerned that a duplicate order was placed, please email orders@littlemoonjumper.com and we will check for you. We review all orders daily and will contact you via emal if we spot any duplicates.

3. Please note that order processing begins with a credit card payment. For this reason a charge may appear on your statement prior to shipment. We must do this because our products are personalized especially for you and we can't sell a blanket with "lil dude" to just anyone...

Gift Certificates:

When ordering a gift certificate, please select the style of blanket that you would like, as well as wrapping or gift message that you would like to include when the blanket is sent. The gift certificate will be sent via USPS within 2 days to the recipient (unless otherwise informed.) Please be sure to include the shipping method desired when the blanket ships to recipient so that your friend or loved one doesn't have to pay to ship your gift.When redeeming a gift certificate, proceed with order process as usual, entering your name in the "bill to" address section. Select UPS Ground as shipping method and select the "Gift Certificate"payment option entering your gift certificate number in the box provided. The value of product and shipping shown will be covered by the gift certificate you enter.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER:

Personalization & Monogramming:1. Character limits are 9 on scalloped edge stroller blankets and 11 on straight edge crib blankets . There is no monogramming available on our patchwork quilts. Please note that we do not offer numbers. Any spaces between letters or names counts as a character. Please check the spelling of the name you provide! As there are over 7 ways to spell Catherine and 4 to spell Jonathan, we cannot be responsible for correcting spelling. Mis-spelled blankets will cost $10 plus S&H to fix.2. Personalization and monogramming offered in blue or pink unless otherwise pictured or noted. (Some blankets will be hot pink or dark blue depending on the background color of the blanket. Colors will appear as seen on site.)

Gift Message and Gift Wrap:

1.  Blankets are wrapped in bright green tissue and rolled in cellophane sealed with a littlemoonjumper.com sticker. The ends are tied with festive multi-colored raffia and a handwritten card is tied on.

2. Gift enclosures can be included in both wrapped and unwrapped packages. Please indicate gift message in the gift enclosure message box on the order page.

Rush orders:

To rush an order - for SHIPMENT in 1-2 weeks  - for an additional $10.00 fee, please select rush order from the pull down menu on the order page. If there is a special occasion that you need a blanket for in less than 2 weeks, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you

.Order Changes and Cancellations:

Please email orders@littlemoonjumper.com to change or cancel an order ASAP. We will do whatever we can to accomodate your request.

Checking on the Status of Your Order:If your package was shipped via UPS, you will receive a UPS tracking number directly from UPS upon shipment. To track your package, please call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or visit http://www.ups.com. An operator or their online system will provide you with current information regarding the location of your littlemoonjumper.com order. If the package was shipped via the United States Postal Service we cannot provide you with a tracking number. For international shipment information please email us at service@littlemoonjumper.com.

When will my order ship?We aim to SHIP standard delivery personalized orders 2-3 weeks from the date of order and
rush orders 1-2 weeks from the date of order. (Please note that there is a $10 fee for rush orders). Our non-personalized blankets ship faster  - usually within 1 week - unless out of stock. We will notify you via email ASAP if the product you ordered is delayed for any reason.

Blanket Specifics:All Little Moonjumper blankets are sewn by hand of 100% polyester fleece. Our scalloped edge stroller blankets are 28" square (plus trim) and our straight edged crib blankets are 29"x40". Our double thick patchwork quilts are 34" square (stroller) and 34"x51" (crib) with complementary solid backs. We offer personalization of up to 9 characters on stroller blankets and 11 characters on crib blankets. There is no monogramming available on our quilts. Care Instructions:The best way to care for your Little Moonjumper blanket is to wash in the delicate cycle -  or by hand  - and let it air dry. Fleece is a wonderful fabric that resists stains and won't fade, shrink or bleed. (It is also self extinguishing!) Over time with love and normal wear, tear and washing, fleece will pill. This is a naturally occurring process in materials with long fibers such as fleece, wool and cashmere. Pilling can be minimized by following our care instructions. Pills can be removed by using a lint or sweater brush as you would on a sweater.

Custom Orders:Due to the volume of  blankets we sell and the amount of time and care put into making each blanket, we cannot offer customizaiton of colors or patterns beyond personalization or monogramming. The colors and patterns that you see pictured on our site are representative of our entire product offering.

Information on Security:All orders placed at Little Moonjumper are encrypted with SSL technology. In order for SSL security to be effective, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. We process all credit card orders from our office so your credit card information isnt't flying around cyberspace. If you have any reservations about sending us your personal and credit card information online, please fax us an order by printing out your order and sending it to 914.834.4769.

Return Policy:We cannot offer returns or refunds on personalized, monogrammed or custom orders. Only damaged or defective goods may be returned for replacement or refund. All returns require a Return Authorization Number from littlemoonjumper.com, and must be returned in the original packaging within ten days. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, email us at service@littlemoonjumper.com. Please refer to your order ID# number (found on the UPS label on the package - LMJ#XXXX-XXXX - or in the paperwork contained in your shipment) as well as your order specifics when making an inquiry.Any concerns about our products or services should be directed to our Customer Service Department at service@littlemoonjumper.com.

Our Privacy Policy:

Little moonjumper is committed to ensuring your privacy. We keep the information that you give us during the ordering process private and confidential. We never have and never will rent or share your e-mail address, name, phone number or any other identifying information with any anyone else.

Wholesale Inquiries:Yes, we do sell wholesale. We do not attend any gift shows or employ any reps. We are looking for retailers with a physical storefront only. At this time we are not interested in any additional online retailers.Please direct any wholesale inquiries to sales@littlemoonjumper.com and include your name, business name, address, phone, fax and any relevant links to your business when contacting us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

: Shipping:Once your blanket has been completed we will ship it to it's destination via the method you select. (This does not mean that the blanket can be personalized within a 2 or 3 day period, only that it will ship via 2 or 3 day service once the order is completed.)If the shipping address is in the continental United States or Canada, your order should arrive within five to seven days via United Parcel Service Ground delivery (UPS) once you have received a tracking number from UPS. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. As of September 2007, our Standard Shipping & Handling Rates for Addresses within the Continental United States and Canada are as follows:UPS Ground Shipping: $8.75 plus $1.50 handling per item.UPS 3Day Select: Shiping: $15.00 plus $1.50 handling per item.UPS 2Day Air Shipping: $20.00 plus $1.50 handling per item.USPS Global Express to Canada $18.00 plus $2.50 handling per item.2 Day air shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $20.00 plus $1.50 handling per item.USPS Global Express International or APO Box shipping: TBD plus $2.50 handling per item.

Re-ShipmentLittle Moonjumper will be happy to re-ship a package if we make an addressing error - in fact we will expedite reshipment for you. We are not responsible for the cost to re-ship packages that are returned to us as 'non-deliverable." (Packages that are not delivered or returned after UPS makes three delivery attempts or if we have been provided with the wrong address.) The customer will be responsible for costs associated with re-shipment in these instances.

International Shipping:We ship products outside of the United States via the United States Postal Service. All international packages are shipped via Air Mail and delivery time is usually 7 -10 days. The package recipient is responsible for any applicable duty or other customs fees. USPS International or APO Box shipping: $11.00 plus $1.50 handling per item.If the package was shipped via the USPS we cannot provide you with a tracking number. However, if you would like to know the status of your order or if your order is taking longer than it should to arrive, please email us at service@littlemoonjumper.com.
