What is the best way to wash my blanket?
Our blankets are made of pill-free fleece and will not shrink, fade or bleed. The best way to keep your blanket looking its best is to wash it in cold water and dry on a low setting in the dryer or to allow to air dry.
Can you make something custom for me?
We do not make custom designs. What you see pictured on our site and the color options available for names represent all our options.
How do I return my product?
Little Moonjumper does not accept returns on personalized items unless they are damaged. Please see below under "What if my product is damaged during shipping."
What if I received a blanket as a gift with my baby's name spelled wrong?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will see how we can help. Depending on the spelling and number of letters, we may be able to swap out a letter for you.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
How fast will I receive my product?
We typically fill orders in 7-10 days. We offer a rush service to ship your blanket out in 2-3 days for an additional charge of $15. Domestic orders sent out via USPS arrive in 1-5 business days to most locations. Alternatively, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are available for an additional cost. On average you will receive your product in about 4-6 business days for domestic orders from date of shipment. International orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail International which delivers to most locations in 6-10 business days. On average you will receive your product in about 9-13 business days for international orders after date of shipment.
Do you ship to international customers?
We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and most European countries. For all other international orders, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to add your country. Little Moonjumper is not responsible for any customs / import taxes, fees or tariffs incurred in the receipt of an internationally shipped package nor can we calculate what a given country will charge. Once a package shipped via the USPS arrives at its destination country, we are unable to track the package's progress other than what the USPS tracking system allows. We are unable to contact foreign postal or customs facilities and cannot track or control their delivery protocol, custom fees or timing. We offer International Priority options (traceable and insured) as well as First Class International (untraceable and uninsured.) We cannot reimburse customers or replace items lost when shipped via First Class International.
What if my product is damaged during shipping?
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please immediately email photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you with instructions.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if the package is shipped to Connecticut.
